Honrada, directa,perfecta y rebelde, es a mi ver esta ciudad, esta provincia entera.

Hoy, te pensé, te recordé y busqué estas fotos que me ha costado mucho elegir, pues todas eran perfectas.

COMO APLICARSE CREMAS EN EL ROSTRO-MASAJES FACIALES EFECTIVOS - FACIAL MASSAGE

Hola! el día de hoy, quería hablarles de cómo aplicarse las cremas correctamente, según las técnicas de las esteticistas, (cosmetólogas).-
Aplicarlas de la manera correcta, hace que se absorban mejor,
masajeamos a favor de los músculos y tonificamos los tejidos, y hasta alisamos alguna que otra arruguita ( con el masaje continuo)

1. Comenzar desde el escote, base del cuello, siempre hacia arriba con las yemas de los dedos.
2. realizar círculos en el mentón con los dedos anulares
3. subir por los costados (nasogenianos) en forma ascendente hasta debajo de la nariz, donde haremos nuevamente moviemientos circulares pequeños.
4. subir por la nariz, siempre con los dedos anulares y comenzar a masajear hacia el entrecejo.
5. desde el entrecejo hacia la frente y desde allí hacia los costados.
6. bajar suavemente por la sien y masajear en forma circular ascendente en la sien, para las famosas patas de gallo.
7. terminar bajando por los costados de la cara y repetir desde el paso 1 hasta que se absorba la crema.

se puede usar este masaje para aplicar exfoliantes, pero recuerda no masajear mucho las aletas nasales (costados de la nariz) ya que suelen irritarse, si se enrrojecen, retira el producto con algodón mojado en agua y continúa en el restro del rostro.

cada temporada renuevalos, por ejemplo una camisa blanca  diferente

siempre vestirás apropiada y no te equivocarás

TIPS:

• renueva los básicos de tanto en tanto, para no aburrirte,una camisa clásica puede reemplazarse por alguna nueva de seda o gasa
• prefiere jeans oscuros, que se verán mas sofisticados y nada desaliñados
• un mismo vestido, lo puedes usar para trabajar, llevando un trench y bolso mediano y por la noche,unos lindos zapatos, brillante bijouterie y un clutch de moda
• agrega una camisa sobre el vestido y hazla mas informal
